Romelu Lukaku remains in Belgium and his agent Federico Pastorello is now in the UK for talks with Man United, according to Sky Sports.
The striker has reportedly stayed in his homeland and training at first club Anderlecht in the knowledge he would be banished to the Under 23s if he returned to Old Trafford.
Lukaku has been linked with a move to Serie A this summer with Inter in the race for his signature.
Lukaku joined the Red Devils from Everton for an initial £75m in July 2017 and scored 12 league goals last season.
