The Finance Minister, Dr Cassiel Ato Forson, is in Parliament to present the 2026 budget.
The 2026 Budget Statement is expected to outline the government’s fiscal strategy, revenue measures, spending priorities and economic policies for the year ending 31st December 2026.
It will also provide updates on the performance of key sectors, ongoing reforms, and initiatives aimed at stabilising and growing the economy.
The budget, once presented, will be debated by Parliament before the approval process begins.
