Since the nominees of the 2025 Telecel Ghana Music Awards were announced, some music lovers have raised concerns about why one of King Paluta's hit songs, 'Makoma' did not get a nomination in the awards.
In tandem with this, King Paluta has issued a petition to the TGMA, requesting explanation to why the song is missing in this year's awards.
King Paluta's 'Makoma' was one of the biggest songs in Ghana in 2024. Together with his 'Aseda', 'Makoma' became the 'anthem' for the New Patriotic Party on their various campaign platforms. It also garnered a lot of online visibility in the year under review.
