The second edition of the unique networking event Re-Connect 2013, is scheduled to take place at the Mövenpick Ambassador Hotel Monday evening.
Organised by Re-Connect Ghana, the event is geared towards strengthening the ties between professionals in Ghana and those in the diaspora.
The theme for this year's edition is "Strengthening Ties, Connecting Potential."
The networking mixer as organisers call it, is tailored to providing a comfortable environment for attendees to build on common interests, share ideas and information, and gain insight into local and international opportunities for career, business, academic growth, and social development.
About 200 entrepreneurs, investors, young professionals, change makers and leaders from across the globe are expected to be in attendance.
Re-”Connect 2013 will feature dynamic speakers including keynote speaker Mrs. Oboshie Sai Cofie, a former Minister for Tourism & Diasporan Relations.
Partners for this year’s event include African Development Jobs, Ahaspora Young Professionals, Blogging Ghana, Circumspecte, Damina Advisors, Derdie Personal Shopping & Shipping, Discover GH, Ghana Think.
The event will also celebrate Ghanaian entrepreneurs who have endeared themselves in their fields of endeavours.
