One of Ghana's leading marketing communications specialists, the Ninani Group, held a sports day to foster unity and team bonding amongst its staff.
The event, which took place at the American International Schools Sports Complex, saw staff from Rezultz Advertising, Innova DDB Ghana, Interactive Digital, Touchpoint Magna Carta, Brand Alert, P2P, and Innova Liberia, all under the Ninani Group, come together for the initiative.
The initiative, which is only three years old, included activities such as football, skipping challenge, pushups, squats and a host of other sporting activities.

Speaking on the relevance of the event, Human Resource Manager for the Ninani Group, Akosua Aworae Apau, said, “As a group of businesses, we see our staff to be our biggest assets and we spend a lot of our time in the workspace.

“So there’s always the opportunity where we want to come out, relax, have fun and bond. That is why we are having this, mainly for the wellness and opportunity to bond as well.”
“This is about the third year we are doing this, and it’s something we are used to. Every year has had its own unique experience because we pick learnings from previous events to improve upon the new event.”
At the end of the football event, Interactive Digital were crowned champions, taking home a trophy and a cash prize of GHS 5,000.
Innova DDB Ghana came second, receiving a cash prize of GHS 2,000, while Rezultz Advertising and Touchpoint Magna Carta finished third and fourth, respectively.
