The prolonged dry spells have taken a toll on Ghana’s agricultural sector, with eight regions facing significant crop destruction.
In this regard, the Minister of Food and Agriculture, Bryan Acheampong, provided an update on the gravity of the situation, detailing the impact on farmers and the measures the government is putting in place to mitigate the losses.
