The Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) has embarked on a full-scale probe of some activities at the Customs Division of the Ghana Revenue Authority (GRA).
The auction sale of vehicles and goods among other activities is the focus of this latest investigation.
In this regard, OSP ordered the Commissioner of Customs Division to discontinue all auction sales immediately.
The order is until an ongoing investigation into alleged corruption in auction activities at the Customs Division is completed.
Also discussed on the Newsfile were the proactive measures by the Bank of Ghana to save people from scammers. The BoG has also announced some measures to save the fast depreciating cedi.
