The Parent Teacher Association (PTA) of the Wa Senior High School has handed over a 10 seater ultra-modern toilet facility to the school.
The facility which also included a fenced wall to prevent students from going outside the school compound was constructed at a cost of GH40,000 cedis
In his handing over speech, the chairman of the P.T.A, Mr. Mumuni Abass Jackoni said the PTA saw an urgent need for the toilet facility and therefore had no choice but to provide this token.
He said the association agreed to contribute their widows mite for the construction of the 10seater ultra-modern facility.
Headmaster for the school, Rev Kanmwaa Cosmas who received the facility on behalf of the school expressed his appreciation to the P.T.A for the successful completion of the project and promised that it will be put to good use.
Rev, Kanmwaa said the facility has come at a good time.
" With the commissioning of this toilet, we will no longer go in to the Wa forest as a pretext of going to toilet, we are grateful to the PTA for the wonderful job done,’’ he added
