A woman was blown to her death from a building ledge after deciding not to commit suicide.
The heart-rending tragedy happened at a six-storey office building in Changle City of Fuzhou, capital of East China’s Fujian Province.
Reports say the 21-year-old went to the ledge, threatening to kill herself after getting into a fight with her boyfriend.
She dangled her legs over the side of the building as she contemplated her fate.

Large crowds gathered under the office block when it became apparent what the girl was planning to do.
Witnesses on the scene saw a number of people trying to talk the girl down.
After deciding not to take her own life, the girl got up to walk away from the ledge.
But a swift gust of wind caused the girl to stumble backwards off the edge of the building.
She was heard screaming “help” as she plunged to her death.
Paramedics at the scene pronounced the woman dead.
Changle police are now investigating.
