Asante Kotoko defender Joseph Ablorh has said Sunday’s Super Clash against Hearts of Oak will be an easy win for his side.
The two clubs will lock horns at the Baba Yara Stadium in a match week thirteen encounter, at 3 PM.
Speaking to journalists during an open training session on Wednesday, the defender questioned the credentials of the Phobians attack.
‘‘Our game against Hearts of Oak is an easy one because I have played against good strikers outside and I don't see any tough strikers at Hearts’’ he told reporters at the club’s Adako Jachie training grounds.
Kotoko has been buoyed by consecutive wins against Future Stars and Aduana FC.
Before that, the club had lost four consecutive matches in the league after defeats to Heart of Lions, Legon Cities, Bechem United, and Nations FC.
In all Kotoko were winless in five matches, having drawn goalless with Basake Holy Stars at the end of October.
Yet, Ablorh reckons that Kotoko has enough quality to
‘‘We shall win against Hearts on Sunday. I am asking the fans to come in their numbers to support us on Sunday because we will defeat Hearts of Oak. I believe in my teammates to deliver.’’
The teams are separated by just a point – Hearts have 19, while Kotoko has 18, after twelve matches and are four points behind league leaders Bibiani Gold Stars.
