HR Focus magazine, organizers of the HR Excellence Awards 2015, has inaugurated a nine-member Technical Council to oversee and evaluate the nominees for the awards.
The council consists of auditors and consultants with internationally recognized track record, who have a rich experience in human resource management and best practice in organisational processes.
Mrs. Abigail Kyei, a member of the L’aine Board of Directors, who swore in the Technical Council members, thanked the council for their commitment in ensuring that Human Resource best practice is duly recognized and promoted.

Dr. Ellen Hagan, Chief Executive of L’aine Service Limited, congratulated the organizers for becoming the umbrella to bring together all HR practitioners in Ghana for the big event.
She added that the award was not a new initiative as other trail blazing magazines such as HR Magazine UK, M&M Global Magazine and France Football Magazine, have done so by organizing HR Excellence Awards, M&M Global Awards and Ballon d’Or respectively to challenge the status quo.
“The HR Focus magazine, for almost a decade, has been making a difference in the world of work with their free publications.” she said.
Members of the council pledged to ensure a fair and accurate evaluation process and a system that will promote the credibility of the awards.
The HR Conference and Excellence Awards 2015 comes off on October 8 and 9, 2015 at the Banquet Hall, State House, and it will comprise an HR Forum, Exhibition, Career Fair and an awards night.
