Rapper D-Black has revealed EIB CEO, Bola Ray’s failure to pay his employees is a situation anyone can fall into at any point.

According to the rapper who runs five companies, at one point he also could not pay his employees for three months but stayed focused to find a breakthrough.

CEO and founder of EIB Network, Nathan Kwabena Anokye Adisi, last month recounted some staff of his company exited the company as a result of the challenges the business is going through.

However, D-Black believes for a businessman in such a situation, dedicated and loyal people are ones who need to be invested in to drive the company.

“The people who stay are the most important. You need to put all your cards on the table and let them in on the problem,” he stated.

D-Black said although people see the output and the roses that bloom after the work put in, it has not been easy for the nine years he has been in business.

D-Black called for people to sympathise with Bola Ray, “nobody is perfect and this thing can happen to anyone.”

“EIB has different media houses and started off with a big bang, did not mean they would not stumble. I understand their situation, it can happen to anyone,” he added.
