Ghanaian youth international, Sarah Nyarko, was named the Player of the Match in Police Ladies’ win over Sam Nelly on Wednesday.
The versatile midfielder scored in the 3-1 win over the Benin side as the Ghanaian champions picked up their first win of the ongoing WAFU B Women’s Champions League Qualifiers.
Sarah, who was a torn in the flesh for the Sam Nelly defence, enjoyed another impressive performance in the tournament as she tormented the fullbacks of the opposition.

The Dreamz Ladies player, who is currently on loan with Police Ladies, created loads of chances and looked unplayable in the opening 60 minutes of the encounter.
She scored the second goal of the game after tapping home Laura Juul Hansen’s cross from the left side of attack.
Sarah played all minutes available in the game and was selected as the best player of the game at the Charles Konan Banny Stadium.
The teenager will be hoping her performance in the second game will give her more confidence ahead of the decisive final group game against Togo’s ASKO.
