Church members of the man alleged to be at the centre of the shooting and killing of two policemen at Buduburam in the Central region, Eric Kojo Duah, say they are shocked at the action of their member.
The administrator of the church, Strong Living Fire at Dansoman in Accra, Stella Brown told Joy News they were distraught considering the fact that the suspects’ deceased mother, who had been buried at the corner of the church, was a strict disciplinarian.
She said the church leadership is yet to meet to decide on what their next action would be for their member, Mr Duah who is now seen as a suspected ‘murderer’.
“Knowing Mama Lizzy you can’t sit there and do something that is contrary to what the Bible teaches,” she said.
Suspect Duah was arrested at near Akosombo in the Eastern region while on his way to the Volta region.
