It was an early Christmas for thousands of children and families in Takoradi as they joined Cowbell for the 2019 edition of the Cowbell Santa funfair.
The much-anticipated annual event was held at the Jubilee Park in Takoradi and children from different part of Takoradi thronged there. They were treated to fun games with lots for giveaways from the brand.
The funfair commenced with a colourful parade for the Cowbell Santa as he graced the Takoradi township with several giveaways alongside tuneful music from the brass band and captivating skating performances from Santa’s assistants.

Speaking in a media interview, brand manager for Cowbell Jospeh Ashong expressed his excitement about the event.
“I am really delighted about the turnout of the event; the Cowbell Santa funfair is an annual event we have been organizing over the past decades and it has always been a joy to bring these thousands of children under one fun and entertaining event.
“it is one of our ways of saying thank you to our children for their contribution towards the growth of the Cowbell brand,” Mr Ashong said.
In addition to all the fun and games was a special health screening exercise and lavish spa treatment for parent and teachers who attended the event.

This year’s Cowbell Santa funfair saw electrifying performances from popular gospel musician Koda, winner of 2018 edition of Adom TV’s children singing competition ‘Nsroma’ and many others.
The funfair was preceded by a donation to the children ward of the Effie Nkwantang Regional hospital.
The Administrator of the hospital took the opportunity to thank the Cowbell for bringing an early Christmas experience to the children in the hospital and encourage other brands to follow suit.
