The Head of Political and Communications at the British High Commission in Ghana, Joseph Whittle, says a strong and stable Ghana is his country's interest which reflects in the development works and community engagements between the two countries.
He said it also reflected in the recent Africa investment summit in the UK.
Joseph Whittle made the statement when he called on the Upper West Regional Minister, Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih, at his office in Wa.Â

He said the United Kingdom sees Ghana as a great partner and would want to collaborate with the country to ensure that there is regional security and safety.
He said the British High Commission sees Ghana not only as Accra and hence the decision to move to other regions in the country to meet with experts to understand better, the issues on the ground so that they could report back to London.
As part of his visit to the Upper West Region, Joseph whittle will be meeting with leaders of civil society organisations and some selected media practitioners there.
The Upper West Regional Minister, Dr. Hafiz Bin Salih, on his part said the threat of terrorism cannot be fought by any individual country and that it needs the collective attention of all nations to fight it.
He said Ghana cannot sit unconcerned about the developments in neighbouring Burkina Faso, which has witnessed a number of terror attacks in recent times.
"We are willing to cooperate with any country that is ready to work with us to safeguard our country. Britain is a superpower and has more superior military than ours and we need your support.
"You can train our security personnel and also provide them with the needed logistics to combat crime," he added.
