The Chief Executive Officer of the Atta Mills Institute, Koku Anyidoho has taken legal action against Dzifa Gunu, an aide to former President John Mahama.
Koku Anyidoho has accused Dzifa Gunu of casting serious insinuations on his integrity through defamatory comments he made in a Facebook article on January 16, 2021.
Dzifa Gunu took to Facebook, to among other things accuse the former National Democratic Congress’ Deputy General Secretary of attempting to snuff out John Mahama through spiritual means on several occasions, according to a writ prepared by lawyers of Koku Anyidoho.

It further alleges that the defendant (Dzifa Gunu) had also made a categorical statement that the Plaintiff (Koku Anyidoho) caused the death of his 8-year-old daughter who passed away on November 7, 2020 in a car accident and was even taking steps to kill the mother of the said child.

According to Anyidoho, all statements published against him are false and unfounded and merely an attempt to injure his hard-earned reputation.

He added that he has suffered great distress, embarrassment, and damage to his reputation and is thus seeking redress from the court of law concerning the matter.
