After excerpts of some books containing offensive description publications about the Ewe ethnic group surfaced on social media, there has been some controversy that has sparked a national conversation.
Although a publisher of one of the textbooks, Badu Nkansah Publications has come out with an apology, a section of the public has highlighted the need to probe into the content of the books as they have been identified as one that perpetuate stereotypes.
Tonight on PM: Express, Evans Mensah and his panel of experts will discuss the development and how the books got to the market.
Guests on the programme include President of the Volta Region House of Chiefs, Togbe Tepre Hodo IV, President of the Ghana Publishers Association, Asare Konadu Yamoah, and President of the National Association of Graduate Teachers (NAGRAT), Angel Kabonu.

Also is the General Secretary of the Ghana National Association of Teachers (GNAT) and a concerned parent, Joseph Anthony Kwawu.
