Two cousins, identified as Yaw Agyekum and Kweku met their untimely death at Nkwateng in the Birem North district of the Eastern Region.
The two are said to have been returning from the New Abirem morgue riding a motorcycle when they were crushed to death.
According to the father of one of the deceased, he is of the belief that both Yaw Agyekum and Kweku died at the spot.
Narrating the said incident to Adom News, Godfred Kwasi, said both boys were riding a motorbike on their way to Akokwaso after retrieving a body from the morgue for burial when they were involved in the accident.
Mr Kwasi explained he was in a car behind the ambulance when they were alerted that some members on a motorbike had rammed into a tipper truck.
He said he got there only to find his son and nephew lying there unconscious.
Meanwhile, the bodies of the deceased have been deposited at the morgue.
