Former Member of Parliament for Awutu Senya West, George Andah has urged the Muslim community in the Awutu Senya West Constituency not to relent in their fervent prayers for Ghana and the world as a whole for Allah to make it a better place, particularly in these trying times.
George Andah made this comment when he donated food items worth thousands of cedi’s to the Muslim community at Senya.
The former Communications Minister said the presentation was his token to support the annual spiritual exercise by his fellow Muslims during the Ramadan.
Mr Andah said his relationship with the Muslim community dates far back and continues to be reinforced with his special relationship with the chief Imam Sheikh Nuhu Shaributu whom he has so much respect.
He stated that as a citizen of the constituency, he is committed to rendering unflinching support to his constituents in the development agenda.
He further pleaded with the Muslim community to continuously remember the Akufo-Addo government in their prayers.
