Ghana and Ivory Coast played out a goalless draw in a friendly game at the Cape Coast stadium on Saturday.
It was the Ivorians who came closest early in the first half when Wilfred Signo was put through on goal.
However, the Torino player failed to sort his feet out and scuffed his effort just wide.
Ghana's only chance in the first half fell to Thomas Partey, whose long range effort went straight into the arms of Sylvain Gbohouo.
Ivory Coast continued to dominate affairs in the second half and thought they had taken the lead through a Max Gradel free kick, but Lawrence Ati-Zigi was equal to it.
The Elephants came close on a number of occasions, creating half chances but Ghana remained resolute.
Patrice Beaumelle’s men are still yet to taste defeat in any of their last six matches since a 1-0 loss to Japan in October 2020.
Ghana on the other hand, fail to score in consecutive games for the first time in two years.
