The Paramount Chief of the Prang Traditional Area, Nana Kwadwo Nyarko III, has lauded President Akufo-Addo, for the establishment of a starch processing factory under the government's flagship “One District, One Factory” initiative in the Pru West District of the Bono East Region.
He expressed his appreciation during the President's visit to the area as part of his tour of the region.
"The people of Prang and the Pru West District as a whole are proud to host such a gigantic starch processing factory and we are confident that very soon you will be back with us again to commission it. Personally, I feel proud and privileged to see such a project in my lifetime."

According to Nana Kwadwo Nyarko III, it has been his desire to attract industries to the area since ascending the throne.
"Lo and behold, Mr. President, now I can say that this long-burning desire and dream has become a reality in my lifetime. The youth will be employed and hopefully, vices will reduce.
"We are grateful, once more, that you were generous to make Pru West District the host of an ultra-modern regional office of the Department of Feeder Roads. The construction of the two-story office complex is fully completed and we understand that you are here today to commission it. We say thank you, and God bless you,” he added.
The President on his part assured the traditional council of government's resolve to ensure that they receive their share of the national cake.

"I came to the Bono East Region to thank you and most especially Pru West for voting for me in the December elections. I am much grateful and that is why I have also given you a minister, Steven Jalula who is the Deputy Minister for Roads and Highways".
"Nana, within the four years ahead of us and with him as the Deputy Minister, if we don't develop the Kintampo Abease road, then today would never see development, he stated.
The President again promised to be a "chief promoter of investment in agriculture" for the area as a means of helping promote agric-business and attract more investors to the area.
