Volta Region is well-known for its extraordinary scenic beauty, making it one of Ghana’s tourism hotspots.
But due to less patronage, the Volta Regional Coordinating Council, in partnership with the Ghana Tourism Authority, and the Association of Ghana Industries (AGI) has designed an initiative, dubbed Visit Volta to redirect tourist traffic to the region.
On today’s edition of The Probe, the topic “National Tourism and Development Agenda: The Vota Factor” has been tabled to be discussed.
Host, Emefa Apawu will have Volta Region Minister; Dr Archibald Letsa, Regional Tourism Director; Alexander Kwame Nketiah, AGI President; Dela Gadzanku and Volta Regional Economic Planning Officer, Isaac Adza Tettey to shed more light on the theme.
