The Ministry of Information addressed the press on additional measures taken by government to control the spread of the Covid-19 pandemic ahead of the Christmas festivities.
The measures focused on securing Ghana’s ports in the wake of a possible fourth wave in Europe and South Africa.
Government also used the opportunity to update the country on the progress of its Covid-19 vaccination program.
The presser was moderated by Deputy Minister of Information, Fatima Abubakr; Health Minister, Agyeman-Manu and Director-General of the Ghana Health Service (GHS), Patrick Kuma-Aboagye.
