Recent research conducted by Corporate Secretarial and Training Services has revealed that as many as 154 Metropolitan, Municipal, and District Assemblies (MMDAs) are operating without by-laws.
In view of this, JoyNews' The Law tabled it to discuss the implication that comes with the move.
Today's edition was themed, "154 MMDAs in Trouble: Implications of Invalid By-Laws."
Samson Lardy Anyenini hosted legal practitioners to shed more light on the topic.
They included Managing Partner at LawPlus, Dennis Adjei Dwomoh as well as Lawyer and Consultant at CSTS, Kweku Attakora Dwomoh.
