Amidst the discussions on flooding being experienced in various parts of Accra due to the rains, Ghanaians are debating whether dumsor is back or not.
This comes at the back of the intermittent power outages recorded across the country.
Based on this, many Ghanaians are demanding prior announcement from the the power distribution company, Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG), so they can plan their lives.
They are fuming because they say the lack of a timetable to guide their activities during the power outages is frustrating.
But another section of the citizenry claims this situation is different from the dumsor witnessed in 2015. According to them, dumsor is not back and Ghanaians have no business alleging so.
The sentiments have since led to a heated debated on Twitter.
Dumsor is back

On Tuesday, the Electricity Company of Ghana (ECG) blamed power cuts on some disruptions to their equipment caused by the torrential rains. It pledged to restore power by close of day, May 24.
Dumsor has been back in full swing ever since E-levy got implemented. Hmm

However, it is unclear what the cause of the fresh outages is. But some Ghanaians who were hit by another episode on Wednesday evening have shared their frustrations.
We are not done dealing with Accra flood and we have dumsor also settling in. Until when will we come to an end to these?
