One hundred students at Aboabo Kesse in the Ashanti Region have been trained and mentored by The Fabulous Woman Network on career guidance.
The training is to groom and expose the youth to core life, leadership, entrepreneurship and technical skills.

The mentorship programme aims to harness leadership opportunities on personal, career and entrepreneurial development through linking aspiring youth to accomplished youthful leaders for empowerment.

100 Junior High School and Senior High School students at Aboabo Kesse in the Atwima Kwanwoma District benefitted from the three-week Fab Hub youth camp session held at Fab Hub Ashanti.
"The training is necessary because we wanted an opportunity to engage the students while they're home exploring what they can do in the future. They're been exposed to different career opportunities through our mentoring sessions," Founder of the Fabulous Youth Women Network, Ama Duncan, said.

She continued that, "...They've gone through the leadership training and we will continue with core and soft life skills training. From week two and week three we will take them through TVET training, where they'll be trained on some computer skills to equip them to be employable".
The Fab Youth Camp was funded by the Embassy of the United States of America and The Fabulous Woman Network.

The Public Affairs Counselor at the U.S Embassy, Virginia Elliot, says, "they are committed to supporting young people in Ghana and sub-Saharan Africa. We know that young people are the future leaders that is why we have the Young African Leaders initiative and we support young people to develop their skills and ability. Ama Duncan is giving back to her society as an alumni of the Mandela Washington fellowship".
After the 3-week training and mentorship sessions, the 100 participants will also benefit from a monthly follow up sessions at Fab Hub Ashanti.
