Head coach of the Black Stars, Otto Addo, says the technical team are considering different options with regards to how to use Mohammed Kudus.
Kudus has sparked lots of conversations after thriving in a false nine role at Ajax in the 2022/23 season.
The 22-year-old has scored seven goals in 10 games for Alfred Schreuder's side this season playing as a makeshift striker, generating the conversation that he could be deployed in a similar role for the Black Stars.
Speaking to the media ahead of the game against Brazil, Addo confirmed that the role is part of the options they are considering for the attacking midfielder.
"We have all kinds of ideas for so many players besides Kudus. [False nine] could be an option but there are so many other options for him," he said.
"Surely we won’t talk about tactical things before our matches or before the World Cup but anything can happen."
The former Black Stars midfielder also added that he is not surprised Kudus has started to bang in goals and found a place in the starting line-up again.
"For me, it's not a big surprise because we know him very well. I know him very well and I am just happy that he is now a part of the starting 11 at Ajax."
