The Presbyterian Boys Secondary School, (PRESEC), Legon has set a new record in the 2022 National Science and Maths Quiz (NSMQ) by extending the number of trophies won to a total of seven.
The 'Ↄdade3' boys fought relentlessly with the 'Amanfour' (Prempeh College) and the Santa Clausians (Adisadel College) in the last round of the contest to win the trophy.

The Prescans won the contest with 50 points - nine points more than Prempeh College’s 41 points while Adisadel finished with 32 points.

In so doing, the Presec boys prevented Prempeh College from breaking the back-to-back winning record and also from their dream of equalling the 'Ↄdade3's sixth-time success.

Adisadel College also failed in their quest to return the trophy to Cape Coast after winning it for the first time in 2016, having also placed as second runner-up on three different occasions.
If you missed the thrilling contest, watch the full video of how PRESEC, Legon won their 7th trophy.
