Black Princesses' head coach, Yusif Basigi, has named a final 20-woman squad for the maiden edition of the WAFU Zone B Women's Cup of Nations.
The tournament to be staged in Kumasi begins on Saturday, May 20, with Ghana drawn in Group A alongside Benin and Ivory Coast.
Wrapping up preparations for the tournament, Basigi has trimmed down his squad size as he settles on a 20-man list for the championship.
Dreamz Ladies midfielder, Stella Nyamekye, leads what looks like a star-studded Women's Premier League players to help Ghana chase the ultimate.
The team is a blend of players from the Northern and Southern zones of the Malta Guinness Women's Premier League with Hasaacas Ladies, Ampem Darkoa Ladies, Faith Ladies, Dreams Ladies and Northern Ladies all getting representations.
Here is the full squad called up by Basigi for the tournament:

Nyamekye has been appointed as the captain of the team with assistance from Maafia Nyame, Afi Amenyaku and Abena Anima Opoku.
Ahead of the start of the competition, the team cruised to an 11-0 victory over Niger at the Accra Sports Stadium on Wednesday, May 17.
