Ghanaian forward Joseph Paintsil registered his first goal of the season in the Belgian Jupiler Pro League on Saturday afternoon.
The pacy winger got on the scoresheet during KRC Genk's 3-3 draw at home against St. Truidense.
Genk hosted Truidense on matchday eight of the Belgian top-flight seeking their fourth win of the season but had to settle for a point.
Genk were found wanting after going 0-3 down in the opening 45 minutes of the game against Truidense. Goals from Bilal El Khannouss and Tolu Arokodare in the 58th and 71st minutes saw Genk come back into the game with less than 20 minutes still to play.
Paintsil then proved crucial for his side as he netted on the 85th-minute mark to draw them levelled and seal a point at the end of the game.
The Ghanaian has now been involved directly in four goals in seven appearances this campaign, scoring one and providing three assists.
