Hearts of Oak board member, Dr Nyaho Nyaho-Tamakloe, has hit back at detractors of the club claiming none of them is fit to manage the club.
The current board of the club has come under strong criticism for the way they have controlled the operations of the team with recent comments from former head coach Martin Koopman giving it another twist.
Koopman was the third coach in the last two seasons to be sacked by the Phobians after the Dutchman had a struggling start to the 2023/24 season.
According to Nyaho-Tamakloe, coaches are brought in to get results for the team and it is only fair to show them the exit if they are not getting them.
"Any coach who has not been performing well is sacked. It's as simple as that. You employ a coach to get good results. We are not the first ever to do that. Years ago, I even did that," he said at a presser.
"When a coach is not performing well and you don't get good results, you look for a better coach. Manchester United, how many times have they not changed their coach? The board is still intact. Tottenham, how many times have they changed their coach? Some of us know how to resign. I've done it before.
"Those who are crying around, they can never run this club. We've tried them before. We know we have a responsibility. And we are going to make sure that we perform and perform well."
Hearts are out of the MTN FA Cup and find themselves outside the top six of the Ghana Premier League after 13 games played.
