The Athletics season in Ghana opens this weekend with the first National Open Championship at the Cape Coast stadium on Friday.
Over 300 athletes nationwide are expected to compete in selected athletic disciplines in preparation for major events in the season.
Athletes who super excel may be given the opportunity to join the Africa Games pre-camping exercise.
