Mohammed Kudus recorded his first goal involvement in the Premier League after going five games without a goal or an assist.
The Ghana international had failed to score or assist since West Ham United's win over Manchester United in December when he was on the scoresheet.
Kudus failed to score in his last appearance before leaving for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations while he also failed to be involved in any goal in the subsequent four games after his return.
However, the former Ajax man was in the thick of things on Monday night as the Hammers faced Brentford in the Premier League.
Kudus served Jarrod Bowen on a plate to complete his hattrick in the game after he had scored his first two goals in the opening half of the encounter.

The third goal was shortly followed by Emerson Palmieri's strike to seal a 4-2 win for David Moyes' side, their first in their last nine games across all competitions.
Kudus now has six goals and two assists to his name in 15 starts in the Premier League this season.
