Leicester City winger, Abdul Fatawu Issahaku, has expressed total delight after scoring the goal to send his side through to the FA Cup quarterfinal.
Issahaku, curled home an absolute wonder strike in extra time to seal a 1-0 win for Leicester away at Premier League side, Bournemouth.
The former Dreams FC player, opened up about why he wasn’t too surprised by the result after the game.
” I’m so happy and I’m feeling great. I’ve been wanting to get a goal in the FA Cup, and I’m glad it came in this way,” he said.
” I’m not too surprised we won this game, because I had a good feeling before the match.
”I have a strong belief in my teammates and the manager, so this win isn’t too much of a surprise to me.”
The 19 year old, who is on loan from Portuguese side, Sporting CP, has been in great form for the Foxes since joining, scoring four goals and providing nine assists so far.
