Despite their victory over the weekend, Hearts of Oak boss Aboubakar Ouattara believes his side could have scored more against Nsoatreman FC.
Hearts travelled to Nsoatre for matchday 19 of the Ghana Premier League and had to come from behind to claim all three points.
Nsoatreman were better in the opening 45 minutes of the game and deservedly took the lead in the 24th minute taking into the break.
However, the Phobians came from the break to dominate the game turning the game around. Hearts should have scored more during their dominance, a feeling shared by Ouattara.
"In the second half, I told the boys to change because we saw some mistakes in the defence [which] I tried to correct...and we got the chance to score the two goals," the gaffer said.
"I told them, we can beat this team 3-1 or 4-1. We had a problem with the pitch...we adapted to the game on the pitch.
"I told them in the dressing room that this match we could win 3-1 but you see we missed a lot of goals and this is another problem - we continue to work and hopefully, things change God willing."
With the win, Hearts have now done the double over Nsoatreman in the last two seasons and are unbeaten in their last three games in the league.
