Newcomers Nations Football Club have moved to the summit of the Ghana Premier League following their win over Great Olympics.
Nations faced Olympics at home on matchday 23 of the top flight with just two points separating them and league leaders, Samartex.
However, Razak Simpson's late stunner meant Kasim Mingle's side moved above the Samreboi-based side temporarily to occupy the top spot.
The game looked certain to be heading for a draw after very limited chances for both teams as they pushed each other in a keenly contested game.
However, Simpson had other ideas.
The midfielder stepped up to take a setpiece close to the penalty box in the dying minutes of the game. His belter moved past the wall and beat the Olympics goalkeeper to give Nations FC the lead.
The win now means they are now a point above Samartex, who have played a game less, and seven points clear of Aduana in third.
Olympics, however, now sit 11th on the league log and could drop further depending on results from other games this weekend.
