During her campaign tour in the Ashanti Region, Samira Bawumia, wife of Vice President Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, praised her husband’s intelligence and ability to devise bold solutions to the country’s pressing challenges.
She expressed confidence that his unique approach to governance and problem-solving makes him the ideal candidate for the presidency in the upcoming elections.
Speaking to voters, Mrs Bawumia highlighted her husband’s impressive track record as Vice President, noting that he has consistently demonstrated his capacity to tackle complex issues with innovative strategies.
She emphasised that Dr Bawumia’s commitment to addressing critical areas such as economic development and job creation reflects his readiness to lead Ghana into a new era of progress.

“Bawumia is intelligent and has bold solutions. He has several initiatives like the women's fund and the SME Bank. He is also introducing the 1 million digital jobs. Bawumia as vice president has served well with several ideas.”
“There have been several Vice Presidents but Dr Bawumia stands out. His work is unprecedented. The constitution gives him no power but he has succeeded. You named him Mr Digital so he has digital solutions” she said.
