Today's session at the 11th November Stadium will familiarise the team with the pitch ahead of Friday's encounter against Angola at 7 p.m.
Coach Otto Addo is expected to lead a 23-man squad after OFK Beograd left-back Ebenezer Annan joined the team in Luanda.
Ghana are third in Group F, with just two points from four matches, leaving their AFCON qualification hopes in jeopardy.
To qualify, Ghana needs to win against Angola and Niger, and hope that
Sudan, who play Niger on Thursday afternoon, lose their remaining matches.
Angola have already secured qualification for the Morocco tournament, leading the group with a perfect record of 12 points, Sudan is second with seven points.
Niger sits at the bottom of the group with one point from a 1-1 draw against Ghana, who is third with two points.
