The Black Stars have failed to qualify for the 2025 AFCON after a dismal showing in the qualifiers, marking Ghana’s first absence from the tournament in 20 years.
This failure has reignited concerns over the team’s management, including frequent changes to the Black Stars’ coaching staff and persistent interference from the GFA.
However, given the high cost of AFCON participation and the limited returns, this setback might be a blessing in disguise, especially amid Ghana’s ongoing economic crisis.
