Former Executive Council member of the Ghana Football Association (GFA), Osei Kwaku Palmer, says there is no justification to keep Otto Addo as head coach of the Black Stars.
Palmer believes the former Borussia Dortmund coach has not done enough to keep his post as the gaffer of the senior national team and should be sacked.
Addo has endured a disappointing start to life on his second coming winning just two of his 10 games since his appointment.
Palmer believes the FA should take a decision regarding the coach and not wait for a directive from the government.
"That decision (to sack or keep Otto Addo) should not be passed to any political leadership as they have tried to do over the period," he told Joy Sports.
"I hope they will live up to that expectation and make sure a verdict is passed on Otto Addo's performance and the only way you can react is to fire him."
Last year, Addo failed in his bid to qualify the Black Stars to the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations as they failed to win a game during the qualifiers.
