Kumasi Asante Kotoko has blamed Nsoatreman F.C. for the violent clashes that erupted during Sunday's Ghana Premier League match.
Two Kotoko players; Mohammed Camara and Justice Blay, and Nsoatreman F.C's Stephen Diyou were sent off for their respective roles in a violent that has, according to Kotoko, escalated to claim one life tragically.
In a statement signed by management, the club said Nsoatreman's failure to ensure strict adherence to security protocols resulted in the death of a fan, injury to Kotoko's Head of Media, and physical attacks on their players and other officials.
"Missiles were thrown at our bench on multiple occasions, creating an unsafe environment for our players and officials."
"The situation escalated further when our Head of Media sustained a serious ear injury after being struck by an object. Additionally, in a shocking act of aggression, some supporters invaded the pitch and physically attacked our goalkeeper, Mohammed Camara, while also hurling Missiles at him."

The club said a supporter only identified as Pooley, passed away after he was stabbed in the violent clash that ensued after the match.
Nsoatreman F.C are yet to respond to the allegations or publicly comment on the incident.
Although Nsoatreman F.C. won the match courtesy Gabriel Bonnah's 70th minute strike, the Ghana Football Association will determine whether or not the integrity of the match was not undermined by the incidents that occurred.
