At least 10 people sustained various degrees of gunshot injuries on Sunday afternoon during a fire outbreak at Ritz Junction in Madina.
According to one of the injured victims, Ernest Opare, says sustained bullet wounds to his forehead, back, and buttocks.
He is currently admitted to Pentecost Hospital along with four others.

Ernest narrated to Adom News that the alleged shooter, known as Area, showed up enraged and pulled out a pump-action gun.
In the full view of police and fire officers, Area began shooting indiscriminately at people and into the air.
The victim further accused the police officers present of failing to restrain or arrest the suspect, despite witnessing the violent act.
It is unclear yet what triggered the attack by the suspect.
More than fifty wooden structures and metal containers were destroyed in the fire outbreak, displacing scores of residents.

The blaze, which broke out at a washing bay, prompted a swift response from the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), with firefighters from the Madina Fire Station leading the effort.
