Siblings Recordz is quickly becoming one of the most exciting music labels on the African continent, redefining what it means to nurture talent, build a legacy, and amplify African sounds globally.
Founded on the pillars of creativity, unity, and excellence, the Ghana-based label is already making waves with its unique approach to artistry and business.
At the heart of Siblings Recordz are two breakout artists. El Jena, celebrated for his soulful voice and electrifying performances, is poised to captivate audiences far beyond Ghana’s borders.

Alongside him is Chiedza, a gospel sensation whose powerful vocals and inspiring message resonate deeply with fans across Africa. Together, they embody the label’s vision of authentic and boundary pushing music.
“Our mission is simple but powerful. We are here to create a family where artists can thrive, where creativity has no limits, and where African music takes its rightful place on the global stage,” says Derrick Kwaku Oduro, Founder of Siblings Recordz.

Behind the label’s growing success is a forward-thinking leadership team comprising Mr. Bright Pipim Addo (Chief Operating Officer), Miss Sandra Asimeng Sefah (Chief Financial Officer), and Mr. Victor Gonzalez (General Manager).
Together, they bring a mix of strategic vision, industry knowledge, and passion for African music that is positioning Siblings Recordz as a force to be reckoned with.
“More than a label, we see ourselves as a movement, a community where artistry and excellence meet. We are here to shift the narrative,” adds Mr. Bright Pipim Addo.

One of the label’s most anticipated projects is “Carry Go,” an Afrobeat inspired single by El Jena.
Blending infectious grooves with heartfelt storytelling, the track is expected to make a significant impact both locally and internationally when it drops.
Speaking about the track, El Jena shared, “Carry Go is a song that I believe will connect with people everywhere, whether you are in Accra, Lagos, London, or New York.”
Looking to the future, Siblings Recordz has even bigger plans.
The label is preparing to launch an annual global music festival within the next two years. Designed to bring together artists from Africa, the Caribbean, and around the world, including their own stars, the festival aims to celebrate diversity, foster cultural unity, and become a must-attend event on the international music calendar.
“This festival is about more than music. It is about connection, culture, and showcasing Africa’s endless creativity,” says Miss Sandra Asimeng Sefah. Official dates and details will be announced soon.
As Siblings Recordz charts its bold path, it invites music lovers, industry stakeholders, and media partners to be part of its journey. With a mission to redefine Africa’s soundscape, the label is committed to nurturing talent, breaking barriers, and creating a legacy that will inspire generations.
“We are just getting started,” says Mr Gonzalez. “This is more than a career. It is a calling to use music as a force for good, to uplift, and to unite.”
