Special adviser to the campaign of New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful Dr Bryan Acheampong has described him as the best candidate to unite the party and secure victory in the 2028 elections.
Speaking to the media on Tuesday, September 23, Andy Appiah Kubi said the NPP could only return to power by consolidating all interests within the party and working toward a collective agenda.
He stressed that Dr Acheampong has the unique ability to bring together different factions to build a strong, united front.
“Dr Acheampong’s position is that we should bring everybody on board. If we want to win power, no single campaign can do it alone.
"The best position of all the candidates we see is Dr Bryan Acheampong. He is the one who could bring the left and the right, back and forth together in a team to prosecute this collective agenda,” he said.
According to him, Dr Acheampong also stands out for his intellectual capacity, entrepreneurial record, and philanthropic contributions.
He praised his discipline as a trained soldier, arguing that Ghana needs a leader who can instil discipline in governance.
“Bryan Acheampong represents the disciplined one who will expect appointees to uphold the highest standards in public office. He has sponsored many people in education and healthcare.
"He is the candidate with multiple attributes we can present to the rest of the country to build confidence and faith for victory in 2028,” Mr Appiah Kubi said.
