New Patriotic Party (NPP) flagbearer hopeful Kennedy Agyapong has appointed Charles Bissue as his Campaign Administrator, effective immediately.
The announcement was made in a memorandum issued to all campaign team members on Monday, October 14, outlining Bissue’s core mandate to strengthen coordination and streamline communication within the campaign as the flagbearership race heats up.
Per the memo, Mr Bissue will supervise all aspects of campaign administration, ensuring efficient collaboration among directorates and operational units.

He will also manage official campaign correspondence, process reports directed to Agyapong, and facilitate timely decision-making.
“All external campaign correspondence must now be routed through the Campaign Administrator’s office. Similarly, all internal communications, reports, or documents intended for my attention must first be submitted to him,” the directive stated.
Mr Agyapong expressed confidence in Bissue’s leadership, saying his appointment is expected to “bring greater discipline, cohesion, and focus” to the campaign. He urged all team members to cooperate fully with the new administrative structure.
Charles Bissue, a former presidential staffer and General Secretary of the Inter-Ministerial Committee on Illegal Mining (IMCIM), is a prominent member of the NPP.
