Karela United returned to winning ways with a 2-0 victory over Bechem United at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium in Tamale on Sunday in a Ghana Premier League week seven clash.
The win, their first in three matches, lifts the Pride and Passion lads to seventh on the table with 12 points.
Yahaya Rahaman opened the scoring for Karela United in the 16th minute, connecting to a cross from Ali Alhassan.
Bless Ege sealed the victory from the penalty spot in the 41st minute after being fouled and electing himself to take the kick, which he converted confidently.
Karela United will next face Asante Kotoko in Kumasi on November 2, while Bechem United host Nations FC two days earlier.
