The precincts of the offices of the Multimedia Group Limited at Kokomlemle in Accra on Friday morning played host to a splendid display of various aspects of Ghanaian culture – music and dances, food, art and chieftain in all its resplendence.
Organised and hosted by Adom FM to climax the celebration of Ghana Month, staff of the brand were on hand to depict the cultural rich Ghana, with performances and enactments from across the country holding spectators and commuters spellbound.

From dances like Kpanlogo, Kete, Agbadza and the likes, and various traditional dishes on display, along with poetic recitals underlined with great oratory, there was not a moment to miss.
The celebrations were under the theme 'Adom Ghana Month Durbar'.

“This is the ultimate, the climax of all the celebrations we have observed throughout Ghana Month,” explains Joshua Tigo, Programmes Manager at Adom 106.3 FM.
“In the course of the celebrations we’ve highlighted so many of the different elements that make us Ghanaians, our people, our food, our music and our art. We have celebrated great achievers both living and late in sports, music, industry and governance. We also educated our listeners on our proverbs and their essence, especially the repercussions for disobedience. We are crowning all the activities with this cultural durbar to say thank you to all of Ghana, especially our patrons,” he told Myjoyonline.com.

Ghana observes the month of March each year as Ghana Month to celebrate Ghana's culture and other historic events that gave birth to the country, with March being significant as the month in which the country gained her independence from colonial rule.
