BlowChem Industries Limited, producers of Bel-Aqua Mineral Water and Bel Beverages, in partnership with Belpak Tissues, has made a significant donation to the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, in celebration of the 2026 Eid al-Fitr.
The donation, comprising Bel Cola, Tamarinda, Bel Squeeze Grapes, Belpak Tissues, Bel-Aqua Mineral Water, and other assorted beverages, was presented as part of the company’s annual Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at supporting and strengthening its long-standing relationship with the Muslim community.
The delegation was led by Magnus Dey, Head of Marketing for Bel Beverages; Christopher Addo-Sarkodie, Head of Marketing for Bel-Aqua; Mr. Saurabh Sharma, Belpak Sales Manager; along with other management officials. The presentation took place at the Chief Imam’s residence in Fadama, Accra.
Speaking to the press, Mr. Dey reaffirmed the company’s commitment to giving back to the Muslim community.
“Every year, we proudly extend our support to the Muslim community during Eid al-Fitr, reinforcing our dedication to giving back. This year, we are also excited to highlight our new beverage, Bel Malt, ensuring our consumers stay refreshed throughout the festive season.”
Presenting items on behalf of Belpak Tissues, Mr. Saurabh emphasized the importance of the Muslim community to the brand’s growth and success.
“We sincerely appreciate the continued support from the Muslim community over the years. This gesture is a token of our gratitude and a reinforcement of our partnership. Belpak Tissues remain committed to providing quality, comfort, and hygiene, especially during important celebrations such as Eid.”
On his part, Mr. Sarkodie reiterated Bel-Aqua’s commitment to the community.
“Our relationship with the Muslim community continues to grow stronger. We remain committed to providing safe, clean drinking water that supports health and well-being, while respecting the values and sensitivities of our cherished consumers. We encourage the community to continue choosing Bel-Aqua and Alkaplus for their hydration needs.”

The items were received on behalf of the Chief Imam by his Public Relations Officer, Mr. Abdul Latif, and his Spokesperson, Sheikh Armiyawo Shaibu, who expressed appreciation for the continued support from BlowChem.
In his remarks, the National Chief Imam, Sheikh Osmanu Nuhu Sharubutu, expressed his heartfelt gratitude for the donation and encouraged corporate organizations to remain committed to national development.
As part of its ongoing innovation and market leadership, BlowChem has also reintroduced its improved Bel Malt beverage, which is already gaining strong consumer interest due to its taste, nutrition, and affordability.
