Ampem Darkoa Ladies' Tracey Twum and Comfort Yeboah have been named nominees for the 2023 Interclub Player of the Year award at the CAF Awards.
The two players have been on the rise since the start of the last season and continue to shine both on the local and continental stages.
After winning the 2023 Malta Guinness Ghana Women's Premier League and the FA Cup titles, the pair also had a role to play in Ampem Darkoa clinching the WAFU Zone Champions League qualifiers trophy as they beat Nigeria's Delta Queens in the final.
Winning the trophy ensured their qualification to the CAF Women's Champions League where they are currently in the semis.

Yeboah scored one and forced an own goal in Ampem Darkoa's first game against ASFAR Club and featured in all three group games.

Tracey's skills came to light in the final group game against Huracanes last Sunday as they recorded a 3-1 win to finish top of Group B.

The forward scored two goals and assisted the third in the game before topping the performance off with a Most Valuable Player of the Match award.
